“Didnt Know Trump Was A Te Too”: NFL Fans Exchange Witty Remarks After Dan Campell Saying He Is …

NFL fans are mocking Dan Campbell for stating in the post-game press conference that he was definitely not aware of President Donald Trump’s presence in the Commanders’ game over the weekend. The POTUS made history when he attended the regular season game as the first president to do so in almost fifty years.

However, not everyone was happy with the President attending the game, with many making hilarious jokes at the situation. Even more so, Campbell also faced some heat for admitting that he had no idea that President Trump was at the game.

“When I’m in this place, I don’t even know what’s going on around me half the time. It was either the defense is out there or I’m trying to get the plays ready for the offense, so I didn’t even know. But that’s cool. That’s cool, now that I know he was definitely there. You’re talking about a president of the United States. I mean, that’s a big deal.”Dan Campbell said.

“I had no idea Trump was a TE too (mouth open with eyes tightly closed emoji)”onefan mocked Campbell.

“Like I know you heard the boos Dan (crying emoji)”anotherfanreminded Campbell.

“Stay out of it, another good move by Campbell”yet anotherfansaid.

It is clear that many fans feel that coach Dan Campbell definitely knew that the POTUS was at the game, but definitely did not want to talk about it. President Trump not just watched the game but also made a few play-by-play commentaries for the matchup.

NFL Fans Appreciate Dan Campbell For Not Giving Trump Attention

On the other hand, it looked like many NFL fans were giving kudos to coach Dan Campbell for not giving too much importance to the President’s presence at the game. Campbell would have surely known about the POTUS’ presence, especially since a majority of the stadium started heavily booing when Trump read out the enlistment oath.

“He does not give a sh*t (skeleton emoji)”anotherfan said.

“Campbell is lying.”Still anotherfan echoed.

While Dan Campbell was “focused” on his game, his own wide-out Amon-Ra St. Brown mimicked President Trump’s signature dance move after he scored a touchdown. For these actions, Brown has received plenty of flak from many who felt that the move was too MAGA.
