Week ten in the NFL had some great games with incredibly exciting finishes. There were also some games that weren’t as competitive due to poor performances and sloppy play. Here is the report card grade for every AFC team that played Sunday in week ten, based on how they played, combined with what their expectations were and who their opponents were.

The Bills went into Miami as clear favorites and put up a major dud. The offense struggled, Josh Allen turned the ball over too much, and the defense was dominated on the ground by De’Von Achane.
New England Patriots: B+
The Patriots won yet another big game against a good opponent. Drake Maye continues to play great, and rookie RB TreVeyon Henderson had his coming-out party.

New York Jets: B
They got the win, which is big, but it wasn’t exactly pretty. The defense was average, and so was the offense, but that is usually enough when playing the Browns.

Miami Dolphins: A
This game was basically the Dolphins Super Bowl. They hosted the Bills, who have basically dominated them since Josh Allen entered the league. The Dolphins defense stepped up, and they ran for over 200 yards against the Bills.
AFC South:

Indianapolis Colts: B
If not for a monster performance from RB Jonathan Taylor, the Colts would have lost their second game in a row. Taylor ran for 244 yards and scored 3 touchdowns in the OT win over the Falcons.
Houston Texans: B+
It wasn’t pretty early for the Texans, but an amazing 4th quarter where they outscored the Jags 26-0 helped them pull off a big win and keep their season alive. QB Davis Mills threw for two touchdowns and ran for another.
Jacksonville Jaguars: B-
The Jags played a good game for three quarters, but completely fell apart late, allowing 26 points to the Texans in the fourth quarter. What looked like a chance to improve to 6-4 on the season turned into a disaster.
Tennessee Titans: Bye Week
AFC North:

Baltimore Ravens: B+
The Ravens went on the road a beat a solid Vikings team, winning their third game in a row. Lamar Jackson wasn’t special, but he did throw for a touchdown and added 36 yards on the ground. The defense forced two interceptions and held Justin Jefferson to just 37 yards.
Pittsburgh Steelers: C
The Steelers defense played great for most of the game, and they got good production from Jaylen Warren on the ground. The problem was that Aaron Rodgers struggled, and the lack of depth and playmaking ability at the WR position was evident.
Cleveland Browns: C+
The Browns did have a chance to win this game, getting two touchdown passes from Dillon Gabriel. They struggled to run the football with Quinshon Judkins, though, and they allowed the Jets to score two touchdowns on special teams.
Cincinnati Bengals: Bye Week
AFC West:

Los Angeles Chargers: A+
This was an all-around great performance by the Chargers. Their defense played exceptionally well, Kimani Vidal ran the ball well, Justin Herbert had elite quarterback play, and Ladd McConkey made some huge plays in the passing game.
Denver Broncos: Win on TNF
Las Vegas Raiders: Loss on TNF
Kansas City Chiefs: Bye Week
