It was another strong week for Brighton’s loan players. Amario Cozier-Duberry was on the score sheet again for Bolton Wanderers against Port Vale, whilst Carl Rushworth’s impressive form continued as he kept yet another clean sheet for Coventry City in the Championship.
The Brighton Base takes a closer look at these performances and how the rest of the Seagulls’ other loanees got on in the last week…
Evan Ferguson (AS Roma): vs. Rangers & Udinese
Missed Roma’s wins against Rangers and Udinese due to an ankle injury. The Irishman has been out of action since being subbed off with an injury just seven minutes into Roma’s 2-1 win over Pisa on 29 October. However, he has been called up to the Irish national team, which has reportedly ruffled Roma’s higher-ups.

Facundo Buonanotte (Chelsea): vs. Qarabag
Played 19 minutes in Chelsea’s disappointing 2-2 draw with Qarabag in the Champions League on Wednesday. The Argentine was subbed on while the Blues were looking for a winner. James Beadle (Birmingham City): vs. Middlesbrough
Played the full 90 minutes in Birmingham City’s 2-1 loss to Middlesbrough. The English goalkeeper made two saves in the match, but ultimately couldn’t stop Boro from converting two clear-cut chances. He also received a yellow card during Saturday’s fixture.

Andrew Moran (LAFC): N/A
Moran and his loan club LAFC did not play this week due to the prolonged nature of the MLS Cup Playoffs. The Irishman’s next match will be after the international break on 22 November, where LAFC will take on Thomas Müller’s Vancouver Whitecaps.
Carl Rushworth (Coventry City): vs. Stoke City
Played all 90 minutes of Coventry City’s 1-0 win over Stoke City, earning his seventh clean sheet of the season and ending a four-match drought without a one.
Amario Cozier-Duberry (Bolton Wanderers): vs. Port Vale
Played 79 minutes in a 4-0 win for Bolton over Port Vale. The 20-year-old contributed to all four of the Wanderers’ goals, scoring twice himself and assisting two more. This brings Cozier-Duberry’s tally for the season to six goals and six assists in 15 League One appearances.
Yoon Do-young (Excelsior Rotterdam): vs. Heracle
