Andy Robertson reveals he is yet to begin discussions with Liverpool
As 67 Hail Hail recently revealed, the Scotland international confirmed that nothing had been agreed with the Premier League champions, but admitted he is prepared for his future to dominate his life over the coming months.
“They’ve done everything for me in terms of me and my family. I think I’ve not been too bad for them in terms of signing from Hull for £8million and what I’ve done,” he said at Scotland’s press conference.
Robertson was quick to praise the ‘wonderful’ relationship he has with the club, but won’t rush into any decision.

He continued: “Whatever happens will happen behind closed doors and I’m relaxed about the whole situation.
“If it is my last year, then it’s my last year. If it’s not, then so be it. I’ve said to myself to just try and enjoy the next few months and then obviously it will start probably taking over my life.”
Andy Robertson joining Celtic would be the end for Marcelo Saracchi
If Robertson were to join, that would almost certainly be an indicator to say that left-back Marcelo Saracchi would not be sticking around in Glasgow beyond this season.
Any deal to sign the Liverpool hero would likely involve a pre-contract agreement that would see him officially join in July 2026.
That would leave the Hoops with Robertson and Kieran Tierney as their two options, leaving Saracchi as the third-choice.
He has shown enough quality to prove that he can offer more than that, meaning he would almost certainly become surplus to requirements if this move came off.
