MIAMI, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Joe Flacco, Emari Demercado and Theo Johnson are among my fantasy football waiver wire priorities for Week 11.
Jacoby Brissett, Jerry Jeudy, Tyler Allgeier and the New England Patriots defense/special teams are among my other targets.
Just two teams are on bye, which could result in several valuable players ending up on the waiver wire or as available free agents. Be sure to monitor your league's transactions to help improve your roster, while also ensuring you make adjustments based on potential lineup absences.
Jaxson Dart, Bam Knight and Dalton Kincaid were among the players injured in Week 11. Their status and that of other injured players should be monitored.
Check out my full list of waiver wire targets below if you need replacement options for injured starters. Injuries, breakout performances and other factors have cleared the way for several players to warrant a spot on fantasy football team benches or maybe even in starting lineups.
Players from the Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints, who are on bye, should be benched, or dropped in some cases. My waiver wire priorities each carry an ownership percentage of 60% or less.
Here are my top players to add and top players to drop for Week 11:

QUARTERBACK
Joe Flacco and Jacoby Brissett are my top quarterback options off this week's waiver wire, especially if you need a bye-week fill-in or your typical starter has a tough matchup.
Flacco averaged the second-most fantasy points among quarterbacks over the last four weeks. His Cincinnati Bengals are set to face a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks through 10 weeks. They also surrendered a league-high 299.5 passing yards per game to the position.
Flacco threw for a season-high 470 yards in his last start, a Week 9 loss to the Chicago Bears. He also threw for 342 yards in Week 7. Flacco threw at least two touchdown passes in each of his last four games, including four against the Bears.
Look for the Bengals passing game to continue to stay afloat with Flacco amid Joe Burrow's injury hiatus. I expect at least 250 passing yards and two scores from the veteran in this favorable matchup. He is a Top 10 play.
Brissett averaged the eighth-most fantasy points per game among quarterbacks over the last four weeks. The veteran quarterback eclipsed 250 passing yards and threw two touchdown passes in each of his last four starts.
This week, Brissett and the Cardinals will take on the San Francisco 49ers, who just allowed 280 yards and four scores to Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford. The 49ers, who allowed just five passing scores through their first four games this season, surrendered 14 over their last six.
I expect a lower-scoring matchup in the 49ers-Cardinals game than the Bengals-Steelers meeting, but Brissett should still provide low-end QB1 value if you need a spot starter.
RUNNING BACK
Cardinals running back Emari Demercado has had an inconsistent season, based on usage, injury and performance, but he is one of my favorite additions for Week 11.
Demercado provided RB2 value in Week 10, when he totaled 104 yards from scrimmage in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Fellow Cardinals running back Trey Benson remains on injured reserve, but is likely nearing a return. Until then, I expect Demercado to provide RB2/flex play value.
This week, Demercado will face a 49ers defense that has been decent against running backs so far this season. But I still expect Demercado's usage in the passing game to help him produce close to 100 yards from scrimmage. He could end the week as a low-end RB1 if he reaches the end zone.
Cardinals starter Bam Knight, who was already losing work to Demercado, also is now dealing with an ankle injury. You should monitor Knight's status, but I still like Demercado as an RB2/flex play even if he does suit up against the 49ers.
Tyler Allgeier is another running back who should be in the flex/RB2 conversation. The Atlanta Falcons second-string running back was on my waiver wire target list several times over the last few weeks. Allgeier is a must-own for those who roster Falcons starter Bijan Robinson, but continues to show he also possesses standalone value.
He provided the seventh-most fantasy points among running backs in Week 10, when he logged 57 rushing yards and two scores in a Falcons loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Allgeier scored in five of his nine appearances this season. He also found the end zone five times over his last six appearances.
Touchdowns can't be counted on, but Allgeier is a great option if you want a boom-or-bust guy with upside in your flex/RB2 slot, especially if you are in a league with at least 14 teams.
The Falcons are set to take on the Carolina Panthers, who allowed three touchdowns to running backs over their last three games. Allgeier is a great bench option down the stretch and has lottery ticket potential if Robinson sustains an injury.
WIDE RECEIVER
Cleveland Browns pass catcher Jerry Jeudy provided WR1 value in Week 10, when he hauled in six catches for a season-high 78 yards and a score in a loss to the New York Jets.
Jeudy's stellar showing came after a 0-catch effort in Week 8, before the Browns' Week 9 bye. He also logged just two catches for 17 yards in Week 7. Jeudy will likely continue to provide inconsistent production, but deserves a spot on your roster if you are wide receiver needy.
The Browns have a favorable upcoming schedule, with four of their next five matchups against teams that rank inside the Top 10 for the most fantasy points allowed to wide receivers.
That slate starts with a Week 11 meeting with the Baltimore Ravens, who allowed the sixth-most fantasy points and fourth-most touchdowns per game to wide receivers through 10 weeks.
Jeudy is likely a touchdown-or-bust play this week, but should continue to see a respectable target total down the stretch, warranting WR3 consideration.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Malik Washington didn't score through his first seven appearances this season, but found the end zone in two of his last three showings.
He averaged nearly five targets per game over his last six appearances and should continue to see looks this week, when the Dolphins face a Washington Commanders defense that allowed the second-most receiving yards per game to wide receivers through 10 weeks. The Commanders also surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points per game to the position so far this season.
Washington is a low-end WR3 option, but only in deep leagues.
TIGHT END
Theo Johnson, who was on my list last week, needs to be owned in all leagues that require starting tight ends. The New York Giants playmaker scored in four of his last seven games. He is coming off a career-best 75-yard effort in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears.
Johnson is seeing a large target share, with six or more targets in four of his last six appearances. This week, Johnson and the Giants will face the Green Bay Packers, who allowed a league-high seven catches per game to the position so far this season. They also surrendered the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the position.
Johnson is a Top 10 option.
