It is one she likes as she and her Australian labradoodle Ollie enjoy life in Brighton and Hove.
Now she hopes to help [Albion](https://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/albion/?ref=au) close the gap on the pitch between themselves and the WSL’s big four.
Olislagers is back in the Holland squad and playing a key role as a full-back who can get forward, tuck into midfield and go for goal from mid to long range.
And, away from the pitch, she enjoys life in the city or venturing out to Devil’s Dyke.
Olislagers, who comes from near Amsterdam, said: “I live in Hove and I just really like the city.
“I like the environment and I feel like I'm at home.
“That’s a very good thing, being home away from home.
“Of course, there are some similarities like the weather. It's quite similar in Netherlands.
“I think the culture is quite different, but I do like the culture here.
“I think it's a bit nicer! I think the people are nicer to each other and I really do like it.
“We are quite direct, which is also a good thing sometimes, but it's also nice to be a bit nicer to each other!”
Olislagers wants to upset the leading sides in the top tier and believes there were good signs in recent narrow defeats to Arsenal and Manchester United.
She said: “We have been playing some good football, that's for sure, and I think we've got a very good team.
“I think we just need to get some more results.
“I think it's even like this in the bigger games, for example, Arsenal and United.
“We feel very close and actually quite close to the results as well, but then it doesn't happen.
“We just need to get some more points, but I'm sure we will do.

“We made some good signings. We know more of each other what we need to do, and I think that's something you can really see is getting better every week.
“Of course they (Arsenal and Manchester United) are very good teams, so of course they will be better in some moments.
“But I've also felt like we also could have scored some more goals. Just improve those little things.”
Albion face Leicester City at the Amex on Sunday as they look to get back to winning ways.
Olislagers looks forward to a good turn-out of fans and said: “It’s just a very nice opportunity to play in such a big stadium.
“The Amex is a nice stadium as well so I’m excited for that game.”
