Joining Preston, after a tricky start to his loan spell, he has now broken into the starting XI and has become a regular.

So far, Armstrong has been heavily praised for his contribution at Preston, being labelled as a “gem” after the 3-2 win over Sheffield United last month.

According to Sofascore on 11 November, the midfielder’s duels won per game is high at 4.09, as well as his ball recovery at 2.91.

This has resulted in Preston entering the international break fourth in the Championship table as they finally look to reach the Premier League.

Isaac Heath aiming to keep Accrington Stanley afloat

Another top performer after from Everton this season has been Heath.

The forward has been an instant hit since his loan move to Accrington Stanley, and has already provided seven goal contributions in 15 goals in all competitions for the League Two club.

As a result, Heath has been regularly praised for his displays for Accrington Stanley as Everton Under-21s’ reigning Player of the Season looks to fulfil his potential.

Now, the challenge for the 20-year-old is to ensure that the Reds retain their Football League status, with the club just a point clear of the drop zone.

Tyler Onyango pushing for Championship promotion

The final player away from the Merseyside club is Onyango.

The midfielder is currently on loan to Stockport County in League One, with the Hatters pushing for promotion into the Championship.

To date, the midfielder has played seven games in all competitions and has picked up two assists.

While Onyango has been sent off at Stockport, he has actually only lost one league game to date when he has played.

Now, the Everton loanee will be aiming to win promotion, with the Hatters going into the international break top of League One.
