Week 11 NFL Offense Rankings: Patriots Continue Surprise Rise into Top 5

With Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season in the books, the pecking order of the best offenses in the league continues to change as teams like the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots prove why they are among the cream of the crop when it comes to putting points on the board this year. Ahead of this weekend’s games, let’s take a look at the best and worst units right now with our Week 11 NFL offense rankings.

32. Tennessee Titans (LW: 32)

In 2024, the Tennessee Titans’ offense was one of the worst in the league. Despite having some solid skills players like Calvin Ridley and Tony Pollard this year, as well as No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward, the unit remains among the very baddest in the NFL.

On Sunday, the Titans’ offense wasn’t bad. They avoided turnovers against a good Chargers defense and were competitive. Unfortunately, they were simply matched up against a better Chargers offense. While they suffered another loss, there were some positives to take away from the game.

31. Cleveland Browns (LW: 31)

nfl offense rankings

The Cleveland Browns’ offense has been an unsurprising mess again in 2025. While Joe Flacco was given the keys to the offense, the greybeard’s poor play led to getting benched after four starts. Thus far, the lone bright spot has been the strong play of rookie running back Quinshon Judkins.

After managing just 13 points last week, Cleveland was able to score 20 on Sunday. And rookie QB Dillon Gabriel had a solid day with 167 passing yards, 54 on the ground, and 2 TDs. However, it wasn’t enough as they were again outscored by their opponent. This time by the Jets in a 27-20 loss.

30. New Orleans Saints (LW: 30)

nfl offense rankings

Kiyoshi Mio-Imagn Images

Over the first eight games of the season, the New Orleans Saints went with 2024 fifth-rounder Spencer Rattler as the leader of their offense. However, in Week 9, they pulled the plug and replaced him with rookie Tyler Shough.

In his second start, Shough played well. He tossed 282 yards and a couple of TDs and showed good chemistry with WR1 Chris Olave. Furthermore, Alvin Kamara had a much-needed good day on the ground (83 yards). While their 17 points aren’t anything to celebrate, it was enough to get a win on Sunday.

29. New York Jets (LW: 26)

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glen had been challenged by the offense in his debut season. While the offense has a couple of high-impact talents in Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall, new starting QB Justin Fields has been terrible in his first season in New York.

Week 10 was another rough one for the embattled QB as he threw the ball just four times for 54 yards on Sunday. Yet, somehow, the Jets were able to get 27 points on the board against the Browns. The big reason why was the big day for Breece Hall as he posted 125 total yards and a TD in just their second win of the season this weekend.

28. Las Vegas Raiders (LW: 29)

nfl offense rankings

Isaiah J. Downing-Imagn Images

The Las Vegas Raiders’ offense’s lone bright spot last year was the emergence of Brock Bowers as one of the best tight ends in the league. However, in 2025, the young star has not been able to help pull this group out of being a mediocre offense, even with veteran QB Geno Smith and first-round pick Ashton Jeanty.

After a nice step forward last week, the Raiders’ offense took two back this weekend. While the defense held the Broncos to just 10 points on the road, Vegas managed only seven points as Smith was hounded all day and sacked six times in another ugly loss in Week 10.

27. Carolina Panthers (LW: 28)

nfl offense rankings

Kim Klement Neitzel-Imagn Images

Last season, Bryce Young showed growth. While he didn’t fill up the stat sheet, he gave Carolina Panthers management reason to believe the former No. 1 overall pick still can be the future of their organization. Unfortunately, he has regressed again this season. But on the bright side, Rico Dowdle has been one of the best RBs in the game, and that’s why Carolina is in playoff contention.

In Week 10, Dowdle was held to just 53 yards, and Young was unable to pick up the slack. The Panthers’ offense managed just 17 points in a frustrating home loss to the lowly Saints this weekend.

26. Miami Dolphins (LW: 27)

nfl offense rankings

Rich Storry-Imagn Images

This has been a tough season for a Miami Dolphins’ offense that big things were expected from. After Tyreek Hill suffered a gruesome season-ending leg injury earlier in the year, the unit has struggled to fill his void and be competitive each week.

After scoring just six points last week, the Phins bounced back in Week 10 with a surprising 30-point showing against the Bills. However, it wasn’t due to a good day from Tua Tagovailoa, who had two INTs on Sunday. No, running back De’Von Achane had a career day as he rumbled for 174 yards and a pair of TDs on just 22 rushes to help lead the way to a big upset win.

25. Minnesota Vikings (LW: 23)

nfl offense rankings

Brad Rempel-Imagn Images

After Pro Bowler Sam Darnold left in free agency, the Minnesota Vikings gave the keys to the offense to former first-round pick JJ McCarthy. But the youngster has missed much of the season with an ankle injury. Leaving journeyman Carson Wentz to lead the O for multiple games and losses.

In Week 10, a pair of interceptions from McCarthy played a key role in a frustrating loss at home to the Ravens. It wasted a career day from former sixth-round pick Jalen Nailor as he reeled in 124 of McCarthy’s 248 passing yards.

24. Jacksonville Jaguars (LW: 25)

Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars’ offense was a major disappointment last season. Even when former No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence was available, they struggled. They’re hoping for a turnaround this year with new head coach Liam Coen and trade deadline addition Jakobi Meyers.

While their numbers weren’t spectacular, the Jags offense put up 29 points on Sunday. While they got solid performances across the offense, two big turnovers from Lawrence were a major reason why they fell this weekend despite a good final result.

23. Arizona Cardinals (LW: 24)

nfl offense rankings

The Arizona Cardinals’ offense had the pieces to be a pretty good unit. The big question was, would everything come together for them in 2025? That opportunity was severely damaged early in the year when James Conner went down with a season-ending foot injury. Plus, Marvin Harrison Jr. hasn’t leaped forward in development as needed in his second season.

Starting QB Kyler Murray has been sidelined the last few weeks, but backup Jacoby Brissett has been quite good in relief. On Sunday, he was solid again as he tallied 289 total yards, a couple of TD passes, and no INTs. However, it took him 44 passes to put up those numbers, and two fumbles were a major reason the Cards ended up being blown out by the Seahawks instead of being in the game late. It was a great day for Trey McBride (9 catches for 127 yards and a TD).

22. Washington Commanders (LW: 20)

nfl offense rankings

Peter Casey-Imagn Images

Top pick and Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels was everything the Washington Commanders’ offense could have hoped for and more in 2024. That is why they had even higher expectations this year. However, dual-threat RB Austin Ekeler’s season-ending injury has been a big blow to the unit, as well as multiple injuries to their QB.

With Daniels out, backup Marcus Mariota played well in relief. He connected on 16 of 22 passes and threw a pair of TDs. Unfortunately, they did not get enough from the run game (93 total yards) to keep up with an elite Lions offense on Sunday.

21. Atlanta Falcons (LW: 22)

nfl offense rankings

Dale Zanine-Imagn Images

It seemed like the Atlanta Falcons’ offense made the right move in 2024 when they moved on from expensive free agent addition Kirk Cousins to make Michael Penix Jr. their new starting QB. And he showed signs of his potential in limited action. However, he has struggled at times this year and was even benched in Week 3.

Following a good game last week, the Falcons’ offense was solid on Sunday in a tough matchup against a red-hot Colts team. They got 140 total yards on the ground, and Drake London dropped 104 receiving yards and a TD on Indianapolis. Their 25 points should have been enough to get a W on most days. But with Indy having one of the very best offenses in the game, they were able to outscore ATL 31-25 this weekend.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers (LW: 17)

nfl offense rankings

Jayne Kamin-Oncea-Imagn Images

The Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense is led by another QB well past his prime in 2025. This time, it’s league legend Aaron Rodgers. While they added DK Metcalf, they lost Najee Harris in free agency and traded George Pickens. They aren’t an elite group, but they continue to get the job done and avoid being the weak link most Sundays.

In Week 10, the Pittsburgh O struggled. They are at their best when they can play mistake-free. That wasn’t the case this weekend when Rodgers threw a pair of TDs, and return man Ke’Shawn Williams coughed up the ball once. It’s why they managed just 10 points against a tough Chargers defense on Sunday

19. Houston Texans (LW: 21)

nfl offense rankings

Troy Taormina-Imagn Images

Heading into 2025, the Houston Texans hoped young star CJ Stroud and the offense could bounce back from a disappointing showing last year. Early in the season, it started to seem like his breakthrough season may have been an anomaly. However, in recent weeks, he has started to look like the star they saw in 2023 again.

Unfortunately, Stroud was out this weekend, but in relief, veteran backup Davis Mills played very well. He and Nico Collins were dominant this weekend as the receiver tallied 136 yards through the air. The QB came up just shy of 300 yards and helped lead the team to 36 points in a big win against the Jaguars.

18. New York Giants (LW: 19)

NFL: Los Angeles Chargers at New York Giants

The New York Giants’ offense has undergone a notable evolution in 2025. Despite signing former Seahawks star Russell Wilson, he was benched after three games for rookie Jaxson Dart, and the youngster has brought life to the offense. Fellow rookie Cam Skattebo also emerged as a lead back. But he sadly joined star receiver Malik Nabers on the sidelines for the rest of the season after suffering a gruesome dislocated ankle in Week 8.

Despite limited weapons, Dart played very well and had over 300 total yards and a pair of rushing TDs heading into the final quarter against the Bears, leading 20-10. Unfortunately, the unit stalled without the rookie and watched as their defense blew another lead late.

17. Cincinnati Bengals (LW: 16)

nfl offense rankings

Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals’ offense were expected to be one of the best units in 2025. However, after Burrow suffered an injury that should sideline him for the rest of the regular season, the unit went to terrible places with backup Jake Browning. It led to a desperate move by trading for journeyman Super Bowl winner Joe Flacco in Week 5.

On Sunday, the Bengals’ offense did enough to get a win. Sure, Flacco having three turnovers didn’t help, but their defense once again let them down in a frustrating 47-42 loss to the Bears. Their two star receivers were outstanding again as the old QB threw for close to 500 yards and four TDs in the defeat.

16. Denver Broncos (LW: 15)

nfl offense rankings

Isaiah J. Downing-Imagn Images

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix showed last season he was well ahead of schedule in leading an underrated unit. The big question this season was if he and the offense could take another step forward. Especially after adding an underrated veteran running back, JK Dobbins, this offseason.

For a second straight week, the Broncos’ offense struggled. Against a struggling Raiders team, Denver managed just 10 points on Sunday. Nix only had 150 yards thrown through the air and a pair of interceptions. Fortunately for the Broncos offense, their defensive counterparts are one of the best in the league and held Las Vegas to just seven in another win this weekend.

15. Chicago Bears (LW: 18)

nfl offense rankings

USA Today Sports

The Chicago Bears’ offense looked promising early in 2024 but experienced a steady decline for much of last season. But it has been the opposite this year. After some early struggles under new head coach Ben Johnson, the Bears’ O seems to be on an upward swing.

In Week 10, the Bears’ offense had trouble getting going against the Giants’ defense. Managing just 10 points over the first three quarters. However, down 20-10 heading into the final 15 minutes, Chicago’s O came to life and dropped a pair of TDs. Avoiding a bad upset loss at home this weekend.

14. Green Bay Packers (LW: 14)

nfl offense rankings

More was expected from Jordan Love, Josh Jacobs, and the Green Bay Packers offense in 2024. The expectations remain high this year, especially with the addition of first-round pick Matthew Golden. So far, they have been an inconsistent group over the first half of the year.

Green Bay’s offense had another rough day in Week 10, and it wasted a big performance from its defense. Despite holding the Eagles to 10 points, the Packers only managed seven in a frustrating loss this weekend. Jacobs was solid with 74 yards and a TD, but Love only hit on 20 of 36 passes for 176 yards. If this offense can’t build momentum, it’s hard to take them seriously as a Super Bowl contender.

13. Philadelphia Eagles (LW: 12)

nfl offense rankings

The PhiladelphiaEagles’ adding Saquon Barkley last year proved to be a paradigm shift moment in the NFC as the former Giants star delivered an MVP-caliber season. Unfortunately, the magic has disappeared at points on offense as Philly tries to defend their throne.

After having a good day last week, a tough Packers offense held Philly down in Week 10. Last week, Saquon Barkley finally had a big day, but was held to just 60 yards on the ground this weekend. Hurts also threw for only 183 yards. Fortunately, while their 10-point showing should have led to a loss, their defense bailed them out and they actually won 10-7.

12. San Francisco 49ers (LW: 13)

nfl offense rankings

Darren Yamashita-Imagn Images

The San Francisco 49ers brought back the same unit as 2024, sans Deebo Samuel. But they began the season without WR1 Brandon Aiyuk, and unfortunately, they dealt with early-season injuries to offensive stars George Kittle and Brock Purdy.

With Purdy still out, they got a really good day from backup Mac Jones. Aside from an interception, he was highly efficient (33 of 39 on his passes) and tallied 319 yards and 3 TDs. Unfortunately, the LA did enough to slow down top star Christian McCaffrey, and their 26 points weren’t enough to beat the Rams.

11. Los Angeles Chargers (LW: 11)

nfl offense rankings

Troy Taormina-Imagn Images

With Jim Harbaugh as head coach, the Los Angeles Chargers‘ offense has tried to rely less on the arm of gifted quarterback Justin Herbert for a more balanced attack each week. However, after losing Najee Harris for the season and dealing with injuries to first-rounder Omarion Hampton, the LA offense has been forced to adjust in recent weeks.

On Sunday, Ladd Monkey continued to show why he is growing into a role as their WR1. The second-year talent posted 107 yards and a TD on just four catches this weekend. A rock-solid day from backup running back Kimani Vidal (95 yards and a TD) was also part of a good, well-rounded effort and 25-point showing in Week 10.

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (LW: 10)

nfl offense rankings

Jonathan Dyer-Imagn Images

Baker Mayfield’s career renaissance with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been one of the best stories in football over the last two years. However, running back Bucky Irving has added balance to the offense last season, and it is part of why this unit is one of the best in the game. That is, when he is healthy. His absence in recent weeks has been noticeable.

In a highly anticipated clash against the Patriots, the Bucs offense was able to get 23 points on the board, and the combo of Mayfield and rookie Emeka Egbuka had a big day. However, they were outplayed by a more balanced New England offense that posted 28 points and got good days from every facet of their offense.

9. Kansas City Chiefs (LW: 8)

nfl offense rankings

Kevin R. Wexler-NorthJersey.com / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images

There were signs that the Kansas City Chiefs’ offense’s best days were behind it. They were not as formidable in 2024, as their receivers were less impactful, and Travis Kelce seemed to be in a big career decline. However, they kept suggesting that if they could get healthy this year, they could be great again. They weren’t lying.

After getting red-hot in recent weeks, Buffalo’s defense was able to slow the Chiefs O down in Week 9. They tried to bottle up Patrick Mahomes and not allow him to extend plays. They did that as they sacked him three times, and he only ran for five yards. With the run game not offering much, KC only scored 21 in a tough loss this weekend.

8. Baltimore Ravens (LW: 9)

nfl offense rankings

Jeffrey Becker-Imagn Images

The Baltimore Ravens‘ offense was one of the league’s elites last season. They delivered a balanced attack led by superstar Lamar Jackson and backed by future Hall-of-Fame running back Derrick Henry. While they were again fantastic to start the year, the injury bug has led to some tough days for the unit in the first half of the season.

In Week 10, they had a rock-solid performance against the Vikings. The Baltimore offense tallied 27 on Sunday in another win. The rushing attack put up 152 total yards, and Zay Flowers posted 75 through the air. After being without Jackson for a few weeks, the offense seems to be getting back into a groove.

7. Dallas Cowboys (LW: 7)

Dallas Cowboys

Ken Blaze-Imagn Images

Last season was a wash for the Dallas Cowboys‘ offense after Dak Prescott suffered a season-ending injury in Week 10. However, with him back healthy and big-play threat George Pickens joining the unit, they have become one to worry about in 2025.

Unfortunately, the Dallas offense had another rough showing, this time at home to the Cardinals. The unit’s three turnovers are why they were on the wrong end of a 27-17 defeat. Although they got solid games from key skills players, Prescott was hounded by the Cards’ defense and was ineffective for much of the day.

6. Buffalo Bills (LW: 3)

nfl offense rankings

Robert Deutsch / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images

Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills‘ offense were one of the best in the league all of last season by using a total team effort, smart play, and a balanced attack. It is why the QB won his first MVP award. All of the pieces from last season are back this year, including talented running back James Cook.

Following a monster game from Cook last week, he and the rest of the offense were surprisingly held in check in Week 10 as the running back had just 53 yards on the ground against Miami. While Allen had 337 total yards and a pair of TDs, it wasn’t enough to help get the offense to more than 13 points this weekend.

5. New England Patriots (LW: 6)

nfl offense rankings

David Butler II-Imagn Images

Rookie Drake Maye wasn’t the problem with the New England Patriots’ offense in 2024. Now, with some better pieces around him and Mike Vrabel in charge as head coach, the unit has evolved into one of the most underrated and efficient offenses in the league.

The unit continued to hum along on Sunday as they put up 28 in a much-anticipated matchup with the Buccaneers. Maye wasn’t as good as other days, but even during an off afternoon, he still threw a pair of TDs and 270 yards. The stars of the show in their win were TreVeyon Henderson, who rumbled for 147 yards and 2 TDs on just 14 carries, and Mack Hollins, having a career day with 106 receiving yards.

4. Seattle Seahawks (LW: 5)

nfl offense rankings

Kevin Ng-Imagn Images

The Seattle Seahawks’ offense was a solid group in 2024. The unit has been even better this year by switching from Geno Smith to Sam Darnold at QB. Plus, stud receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is proving each week why he is a legit and dangerous WR1 in the NFL.

The Seattle Seahawks continued to hum along and make things look easy on Sunday versus the Cardinals. While Darnold only threw the ball 12 times, the offense was highly efficient and got notable performances across the board during a 44-point day in Week 10. They quietly continue to be one of the best offenses in the NFL.

3. Los Angeles Rams (LW: 4)

nfl offense rankings

Bill Streicher-Imagn Images

If Matthew Stafford’s back doesn’t end his season at some point, the Los Angeles Rams offense will remain one of the NFL’s top units again because of the strong skill players they have in Puca Nacua, Davante Adams, and Kyren Williams.

In Week 10, the strong offensive play continued as they hung 42 points on division rivals the 49ers. Stafford connected on 24 of 36 passes and put up four more TDs. They also got another good, balanced performance from the backfield duo of Williams and Corum. They combined for 126 yards and 2 TDs on 27 carries this weekend.

2. Indianapolis Colts (LW: 2)

nfl offense rankings

Daniel Jones beating out Anthony Richardson for the Indianapolis Colts’ starting QB job in the summer created hope that the unit could be better in 2025. However, no one expected the offense to be anywhere close to what they have turned into this season.

After getting slowed down and forced into errors last week against the Steelers, the Colts’ offense was better in Week 10. They put up 31 in a hard-fought overtime win against Atlanta. The victory was very much led by Jonathan Taylor as the veteran back had a monster afternoon. Rushing for 244 yards and 3 TDs.

1. Detroit Lions (LW: 1)

nfl offense rankings

Junfu Han / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images

The Detroit Lions’ offense was the cream of the crop for much of last season. They could throw over teams but also bludgeon them with a solid run game. However, many wondered if they could maintain that elite play without former OC Ben Johnson. They have and then some in 2025.

Detroit’s offense was unstoppable on Sunday against the Commanders. Not only did Goff connect on 25 of 33 for 320 yards and 3 more TDs, but Jahmyr Gibbs rumbled for 142 yards and a pair of TDs on just 15 carries. They proved why they remain the best offense on Earth right now.
