The popular ESPN reporter Mina Kimes has been making the headlines after releasing an apologetic statement for promoting a solitaire app that her co-worker, Stephen A. Smith, has been collaborating with.
In her apology, Kimes admitted that she didn’t spend anytime looking into the whole thing and took accountibility for her actions saying that it’s a 100% on her, she confessed that she thought it was a typical marketing gig, which is why she is deeply embarassed she didn’t bet it properly and called the whole thing a massive mistake on her end.

“The truth is: I didn’t spend any time looking into the whole thing, and that’s 100% on me. Thought it was just typical marketing work, and I’m deeply embarrassed I didn’t vet it. A colossal f—-up on my (part),” she wrote.
Amid the controversy, Kimes showed off her all black outfit for the Green Bay Packers’ game against the Philadelphia Eagles and joked that she is wearing 3 sweaters to beat the cold weather, which drew some trolling from the fans.
“Gonna be tough to play solitaire with those mittens on.” one fan took a shot at the popular reporter.
“And still skinny as a rail!.” one fan trolled.
“Cape weather. You a fashion coward?!.” another fan bluntly asked.
“You can’t beat quarters coverage with 3 sweaters Mina. You need 4 sweaters.” another fan joked.
“With all that solitaire money you should be able to buy just one big thicc sweater.” another fan boldly commented amid the solitaire controversy.
“Almost impossible to play solitaire in that temperature.” another fan added.

Jason Whitlock calls out Mina Kimes amid viral feud with coach Jason Brown
The feud between Mines and Jason Brown started with the latter’s comment on Kimes’ analysis of Drake Maye’s performance in week 7 against the Tennessee Titans, which the coach didn’t agree with.
The feud quickly turned personal when Kimes resurfaced old tweets that talked about several charges and felonies faced by Brown for identity theft and blackmail.
In response, Brown called out Kimes for allegedly pursuing fake rape allegations against his players.
During a conversation with Jason Whitlock, Brown shared how he felt like Kimes used her social media defense team for support, which he didn’t have:
“Uh I do have some attorneys and stuff, but I don’t have like a social media defense team like she does obviously.”
“But the fact that what you alluded to is how alarming social media is and how fake it is. It’s not a real place because the former NFL players apparently and the people that work at ESPN to take her side is a mockery… Now they’ve taken this thing so out of context and then she shows false allegations against me that were totally fake. It’s unbelievable and that’s what apparently I’m being cooked on social media for.” Brown said.
Whitlock also shared his opinion on the situation and said that Kimes has tapped in a few guys in her defense.
