For now, the Steelers are fourth in the AFC playoff standings and lead the Baltimore Ravens (4-5 record) by one game in the AFC North standings. Pittsburgh is slumping and there will be many questions about head coach Mike Tomlin if this football team were to blow another AFC North divisional lead this season.

A lot of Steelers fans know that when they lose football games, a lot of the blame goes on the head coach. They have been mediocre for quite some time now under Tomlin. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers did not play well in this football game, and this team is getting old really fast.
This is what some Pittsburgh fans had to say on Twitter about Tomlin:
The hilarious part is this team is still in first place and will beat the Bengals next week to give us more false hope. Please just fire Tomlin and start over

Fire Tomlin, please! The entire fan base is fracturing with in fighting. You owe it to the fans that pay your salaries to move on from Tomlin and started a rebuild. Please tank the rest of the season so we can get a top 10 pick

The Steelers will next face the Cincinnati Bengals (3-6). If Pittsburgh were to lose against the Bengals again this weekend, there will be major questions about Tomlin’s job security for the rest of the 2025 NFL season.
