Leeds United face an uphill battle to avoid relegation back to the Championship, according to the latest Premier League end of season predictor.
After an impressive start on their return to the top flight, Daniel Farke's side have endured a dip in form in recent weeks. Indeed, the Whites have won just ONE in their last six dating back to mid-September, with their sole victory coming at home against West Ham.
But since beating the Hammers at Elland Road, Leeds have lost 3-0 at Brighton and 3-1 at Nottingham Forest - successive defeats that have left them just one point above the relegation zone. The Whites sit 16th on 11 points from their 11 Premier League fixtures.
Now, according to OPTA's predictor tool, Leeds have been tipped to drop into the bottom three before the end of the season and suffer relegation once the 38-game campaign finishes.
OPTA feel as though the Whites are going to finish in 18th on 36 points, with Burnley (19th) and Wolves (20th) making up the drop zone. West Ham have been backed to survive relegation and finish two points above Leeds in 17th, with Nottingham Forest one point ahead of the Hammers in 16th.
Sunderland (14th) would be the only 2024/25 Championship promotion-winning team - and the first since 2022/23 - to not suffer relegation back to the second-tier, with Fulham (15th), Everton (13th), Newcastle United (12th) and Brentford (11th) completing the bottom half.

Should Leeds fail to survive relegation, it would no doubt be a major disappointment given that the Whites spent more than £100m on transfers in the summer window. Anton Stach, Sean Longstaff, Noah Okafor, Gabriel Gudmundsson, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lucas Perri were among those that Leeds signed.
They made the perfect start to life back in the Premier League following a two-year absence after beating Everton 1-0 on the opening weekend. The Whites then went down 5-0 at Arsenal before producing a battling performance to pick up a 0-0 draw against Newcastle before the September international break.
A 1-0 defeat at Fulham was then followed up with an excellent 3-1 win at Wolves to move them up to mid-table. However, Leeds' form has been disappointing since, with Farke's side drawing against Bournemouth, beating West Ham and losing to Tottenham, Burnley, Brighton and Forest.
Next up for Leeds is a pivotal home game against Aston Villa on Sunday, November 23. They then make the trip to Manchester City before hosting Chelsea and Liverpool in a difficult-looking run of fixtures.
