Leeds United are currently focusing on their bid to avoid relegation from the Premier League following a damaging defeat at fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest at the weekend.
There was bitter disappointment when Daniel Farke’s side failed to build on an opening goal from Lukas Nmecha as efforts from Forest trio Ibrahim Sangare, Morgan Gibbs-White and Elliot Anderson helped the hosts to a crucial three points at the City Ground.
The international break offers an opportunity to regroup and go again as a challenging set of fixtures lie in wait throughout the rest of November and into December.
However, there are also some major decisions lying in wait for the Elland Road hierarchy as a number of players will enter the final six months of their current contracts in the new year and that means they will be able to negotiate pre-contract agreements with clubs outside of England before making free transfer moves next summer.
So which players find themselves in that situation and which other Whites stars will head into the final 18 months of their contracts during the first weeks of 2026?
