The Buffalo Bills couldn’t keep the momentum going in Week 10. Right after making a statement and defeating the Kansas City Chiefs, they fell flat on the road against the Miami Dolphins.

The Bills had no answers on offense when James Cook didn’t find success on the ground. Not even Tua Tagovailoa’s turnovers could bail them out.

Nevertheless, analyst Danny Parkins shut down concerns about the Bills despite the tough loss.

“I’m not concerned at all. The NFL is so week-to-week. The teams at the top this year seem to have questions. We are one week removed of this Bills team thoroughly beating the Chiefs. The loss means something, but I’m still convinced that Buffalo’s best is as good as any team’s in the NFL,” Parkins said.

That’s fair, but it’s not like it’s the first time Buffalo has struggled. They don’t have a true No. 1 wide receiver, and even though the offensive line is giving quarterback Josh Allen time, and he’s always done an outstanding job of extending plays, no one seems to get open.

It feels like they don’t have an answer whenever a team limits Cook. As great a player as Allen is, he can’t throw the ball to himself.

Also, the defense continues to struggle mightily against the run. Miami star De’Von Achane gave other contenders another blueprint how to move the ball against Buffalo.

Granted, perhaps the Bills overlooked a team that had never defeated them with Tagovailoa at quarterback, and there also might have been some hangover from the win against the Chiefs. However, Buffalo looks to have a flawed roster, and it didn’t do anything to solve those issues before the NFL trade deadline.
