Just one day after being fired, Daboll drew some attention when he was spotted in public wearing Penn State Nittany Lions apparel. The timing raised eyebrows, as Penn State recently fired head coach James Franklin and now has one of the most high-profile vacancies in college football.
However, there may be a simple explanation - Daboll's son, Christian Daboll, attended Penn State and spent three years as a student coach with the program before joining the Giants' staff in 2023.
