The Eagles brought the "heat" in Green Bay and, in turn, kept Packers quarterback Jordan Love uneasy in their Week 10 victory.
Despite Love's recent success against pressure (89.5 QBR against the blitz) coming into the Packers' Monday Night matchup, the Eagles' front seven made him extremely ineffective this past game.
Love was pressured on 17 of his 42 drop-backs against Philadelphia, the second-highest rate he's faced this season. The result: three for 12 passes for 21 yards and was sacked three times, while taking off twice on scrambles.

Eagles' finally fixed their issues and looked great getting to Jordan Love
The Eagles' addition of Jaelan Phillips (recent trade), Nolan Smith (off injured reserve), and Brandon Graham (recent unretirement) all contributed to the Eagles' pass rush to get home this past game. The Eagles have only really seen a sign of success from interior defensive lineman Moro Ojomo, who leads the team with four sacks. Against the Packers, Smith, Jaylx Hunt, and Nakobe Dean all got "home" accounting for one sack each.
Many "experts" believed that the Eagles would ease off bringing additional rushers, but defensive coordinator Vic Fangio blitzed eleven times, which was 19.3% of their defensive calls. While the metric may seem low, ironically, it was the highest output from the defense this season.
The Eagles' pass rush has been under scrutiny this year; however, after a three-sack performance, the unit has now accumulated 19.0 sacks on the season through nine games. Currently, Philadelphia is on pace for about 36 sacks, which would be short of five of their 41 from last year. With the addition of Phillips and Graham, the team should be able to come a bit closer to that metric by the end of the season.

The Eagles are scheduled to take on the Detroit Lions in Week 11 back at Lincoln Financial Field. With Detroit dealing with injuries on its offensive line, the Eagles' front seven should have plenty of opportunities to get home against an extremely efficient Jared Goff-led offense.
