Week 10: Stanford in the NFL

Week 10 was one of the more eventful weeks for former Cardinal across the league — not necessarily with massive stat explosions, but with several clutch performances. The week featured a huge comeback led by Davis Mills and a breakout day in coverage from Kyu Blu Kelly. Even in a week without many offensive fireworks, Stanford alumni continued to make meaningful contributions in key moments.

**Davis Mills ’21 (QB, Houston Texans)** – Pressed into action after an injury to C.J. Stroud, Mills delivered one of the most dramatic wins of the week. He completed 27 of 45 passes for 292 yards, threw a touchdown, added another on the ground and helped engineer a 19-point fourth-quarter comeback, scoring 26 unanswered in Houston’s 36–29 win over Jacksonville.

**Kyu Blu Kelly ’23 (CB, Las Vegas Raiders)** – In one of the strongest defensive performances by any Stanford alum this season, Kelly recorded two interceptions, two passes defended and an assisted tackle in a narrow 7–10 loss to Denver. His playmaking kept the Raiders within striking distance all afternoon.

**Colby Parkinson ’19 (TE, Los Angeles Rams)** – Parkinson turned in one of the Rams’ most efficient offensive performances, hauling in four of five targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in a 42–26 win over San Francisco.

**Dalton Schultz ’18 (TE, Houston Texans)** – Schultz continued to be a reliable presence for Houston’s offense, catching seven passes for 53 yards and a touchdown in the Texans’ comeback win.

**Michael Wilson ’23 (WR, Arizona Cardinals)** — four receptions on seven targets for 34 yards in Arizona’s 22–44 loss to Seattle.

**Elijah Higgins ’23 (TE/WR, Arizona Cardinals)** — Two receptions for 19 yards in the same game against the Seahawks.

**Thomas Booker IV ’22 (DT, Las Vegas Raiders)** — Two solo tackles against Denver.

**Jake Bailey ’19 (P, Miami Dolphins)** — Strong outing with three punts averaging 51.0 yards, including a 61-yard long and two pinned inside the 20 in a 30–13 win over Buffalo.

**Ethan Bonner ’23 (DB, Miami Dolphins)** — One assisted tackle in the same matchup against the Bills.

**Justin Reid ’19 (S, New Orleans Saints)** — Five total tackles (one solo) in the Saints’ second win of the season, a 17–7 victory over Carolina.

**Harrison Phillips ’18 (DT, New York Jets)** — Four total tackles (three solo) in a 27–20 win over Cleveland.

**Bobby Okereke ’18 (LB, New York Giants)** — Six total tackles (One solo) in a 20–24 loss to Chicago.

**Curtis Robinson ’20 (LB, San Francisco 49ers)** — Two solo tackles in San Francisco’s loss to the Rams.

**Zach Ertz ’13 (TE, Washington Commanders)** — Four receptions for 54 yards in a 22–44 loss to Detroit.

**Austin Hooper ’17 (TE, New England Patriots)** — One target in a 28–23 win over Tampa Bay.

**Tucker Fisk ’21 (TE, Los Angeles Chargers)** — One reception for seven yards in a 25–10 win over Pittsburgh.

**Kendall Williamson ’23 (DB, Los Angeles Chargers)** — One solo tackle in the same game.

**Foster Sarell ’21 (OL, Los Angeles Chargers)** — Contributed to a strong offensive line performance.

**Joshua Karty ’24 M.S. ’26 (K, Los Angeles Rams)** – One of two on field goals (long of 48) and two of three on extra points in the Rams’ win over San Francisco.

**Christian McCaffrey ’18 (RB, San Francisco 49ers)** — Recorded 12 carries for 30 yards and added eight receptions for 66 yards.

Former Stanford players combined for over 430 total yards of offense, more than 45 total tackles, six touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 10. Mills’ late-game heroics, Kelly’s breakout performance in the secondary, and steady production from Schultz and Parkinson headlined a week where Cardinal alumni made their presence felt across every phase of the game.
