Week 10 has passed, and there were many headlines in the NFC North. One notable headline was Chicago overcoming a late fourth-quarter deficit against New York. The Bears continue their trend in the right direction. Detroit had the best offensive performance, hanging 44 points on Washington. Here is a look at the takeaways and things we learned in week ten.

Caleb Williams finished Sunday’s comeback win with 220 passing yards, one passing touchdown, 63 rushing yards, and one rushing touchdown. His fourth-quarter rushing touchdown turned out to be the game-winner. Williams has four game-winning drives, which ties him with Tampa Bay’s Baker Mayfield and Denver’s Bo Nix. Sunday’s win marked two consecutive game-winning drives for the second-year quarterback.
Chicago Continues to Have Issues Defending the Run
Stopping the run has been Chicago’s biggest defensive issue throughout the season. It reared its ugly head again Sunday as the Bears allowed 169 rushing yards on 30 carries (5.6 average). On the season, Chicago ranks 22nd in total rushing yards allowed and 24th in rushing yards allowed per game.

J.J. McCarthy Uses Legs in Loss
McCarthy had a rough game against Baltimore. The quarterback finished the game going 20 of 42 with 248 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. The Ravens had success stopping Minnesota’s running backs, but quarterback J.J. McCarthy led the team with five carries for 48 yards. The quarterback’s ability to use his legs has extended drives and led to points.

Minnesota Fails to Pressure Lamar Jackson
Baltimore was successful in its ground attack. They finished the game with 152 rushing yards and one touchdown. Minnesota failed to stop the run, but a bigger issue was failing to continuously pressure Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson. The Vikings finished the game with four QB hits and one sack.
Lions:

Jared Goff Spreads the Ball Around
Jared Goff is ranked 8th in passing yards and recorded his second 300-yard passing game of the season. During Sunday’s win, the Detroit quarterback completed a pass to nine different receivers, finishing with 320 passing yards and three touchdowns. Goff currently ranks 2nd in the NFL with 20 touchdown passes.
Detroit’s Jack Campbell Adds to Tackle Total
Detroit’s defense continues to be one of the NFL’s best. Sunday’s game saw Jack Campbell, the team’s leader in tackles, finish the game with nine total tackles. On the season, Campbell has 73 total tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
Packers:

Green Bay’s Offense Still Hasn’t Found Rhythm
The Packers have played most of the season with an offense that continuously searches for an identity. They’ve had games where they seem to have figured it out, but follow it up with mediocre performances. On Monday night, quarterback Jordan Love failed to pass for 200 yards, and the team had little success on the ground.
The Packers Defense is Still Ahead of the Offense
The defense held Philadelphia to 10 points, but the offense could not put multiple drives together that ended with points. Green Bay played lockdown defense against Philadelphia but found no support from the offense. This continues to be an ongoing issue from week to week.
