Bentley Motors has announced a prestigious new partnership with Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo.
The luxury car brand hails the Reds star as a “celebrated sportsman of global renown” and feel that the Dutchman is an “ideal ambassador” who embodies “performance at the highest level.”
Gakpo will be a brand ambassador who will “champion the brand’s values of performance throughout his ambassadorship “.
His appointment solidifies a relationship that extends beyond mere commercial arrangement.
Gakpo is already a genuine Bentley enthusiast who already owns a Bentayga S Black Edition V8, featuring Royal Ebony Satin paintwork with a Mandarin and Beluga interior—colours paying tribute to his Dutch heritage and the Oranje national team.
Earlier this year, the 26-year-old visited Bentley’s Crewe factory, located near his Cheshire home, where he immersed himself in the brand’s renowned craftsmanship.
During the visit, he even attempted stitching a steering wheel, according to a media release by Bentley Motors UK and Europe.
While touring Bentley’s facility, Gakpo also collaborated with Phillip Dean from the Mulliner division to craft a distinct design for his upcoming Bentayga Speed, slated for delivery in early 2026.
“He chose a striking combination of Rubino Red exterior, with a Pillar Box Red and Beluga interior – a nod to his Liverpool FC team colours,” Bently explain.
In addition, Gakpo has also acquired a Bentayga for his father in the Netherlands.
