Mark Hughes has once again put his sprawling Cheshire mansion on the market, with the luxury property listed for £5.5million.
The former Manchester United and Chelsea striker's six-bedroom home in the north west has been listed twice before, most recently in 2020, when it was priced at £5million.
According to the latest listing, the house spans almost 9,000 square feet and sits in more than two acres of manicured grounds.
It comes with seven bathrooms, multiple reception rooms and a luxury leisure suite, while outside boasts a tennis court, landscaped gardens and a private terrace surrounding a striking water feature.
Estate agents describe it as an 'expansive, design-led family home with a luxury leisure suite and circa two acres in a prestigious Cheshire location'.
Other selling points include integrated smart technology, a layout designed for 'natural flow', and what agents call a 'refined palette of materials'.

The detached home, set behind electric gates and surrounded by trees, also features Crittall-style doors, a gym and a large open-plan kitchen and dining space.
Hughes, 62, has long been a fixture in Cheshire's so-called 'Golden Triangle', the favoured patch for Premier League stars and managers.
The former Wales striker and ex-Manchester City, Fulham and Stoke boss has owned a series of homes in the area, several of which have previously drawn attention for their lavish design and privacy.
His latest sale listing, uploaded on October 20, shows the property in pristine condition following modern upgrades.
The home's history stretches back to 2008, when Hughes put it up for sale after a reported planning dispute involving then-Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick, who was building a mansion nearby.
The row, which centred on privacy concerns, ended with Hughes deciding to move on.
The new listing confirms the house is being offered freehold, with estate agents highlighting its 'immaculately finished interiors' and 'superb setting' close to Alderley Edge and Wilmslow.
