West Ham United are reportedly prepared to sell 32-year-old German striker Niclas Fullkrug in the winter transfer window, albeit on their own conditions.
Niclas Fullkrug has struggled to live up to the expectations since the £27 million move to West Ham United. The German striker has not been a regular starter for the team, and his performances have been quite poor as well. In addition to that, he has suffered from persistent injury problems.
According to a report by Give Me Sport, West Ham are prepared to let the experienced striker move on in January, but they are unwilling to take any risk. The East London outfit will only sanction his departure if they can find a quality alternative. They are currently lacking in options in the attacking unit. They need a reliable goalscorer who can find the back of the net regularly.
The German international has previously shown his quality in his homeland, and he will be hoping to secure a move so that he can get back to his best once again. There is no doubt that Fullkrug has the quality to compete at a high level, but the move to the Premier League has not worked out for him.
West Ham need qualty additions
