Manchester United's sleeve sponsorship agreement with DXC Technology is set to end after this season.

In the summer of 2022, DXC began sponsoring the sleeves of United's kits in a deal thought to be worth £20million per season, but this arrangement will wrap up after the 2025/2026 campaign.

For four seasons, DXC's logo has graced the club's home, away and third kits, offering global brand visibility for the tech giant. The multi-year partnership also allowed DXC to use their expertise to enhance how United interact with fans via their digital platforms.

The Premier League started allowing sleeve sponsorship from the 2017/18 season onwards. United announced their first sleeve sponsors, Kohler, for the subsequent season under a multi-year contract.

This agreement ended in 2022, paving the way for DXC to step in as sleeve sponsors, reports the Manchester Evening News.

With the DXC deal coming to an end, United are now in talks to secure a new sleeve sponsor and training kit sponsor, as their £24million per season agreement with Tezos wrapped up at the end of June.

The Manchester Evening News reported last summer that the deal with Tezos was due to expire.

Over the past three years, United's first-team squad has sported the Tezos-branded training kit, and the logo also appeared on the women's team's training gear.

Matheus Cunha was seen wearing a Tezos-sponsored hoodie in photos released when he signed from Wolves, but by the time Bryan Mbeumo arrived, the deal had already expired.

Tezos took over from AON as the club's training kit sponsor after securing their agreement in 2022.

Sources have suggested there is a "strong pipeline" of potential partners for both sleeve and training kit sponsorships.

United lost another backer, Marriott International, during the summer when it became clear the firm would not be renewing its agreement after the contract ran out.

United had been backed by Marriott International since 2019, but the world's biggest hotel chain opted against extending its sponsorship deal.

Marriott International were reducing expenditure across the company.

United sources said they were "proud of their successful partnership with Marriott", and maintained the club continues to boast the most appealing portfolio of partnerships in football.
