Spread: New England Patriots -12.5, New York Jets +12.5

The Patriots are favored by 12.5 points over the Jets, meaning they will cover the spread if they win the game by 13 points or more. If the Jets win the game or lose by 12 points or fewer, then New York covers the spread.

New England’s 7-3 record against the spread is the second-best mark in the NFL this season behind the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams. The AFC East leaders have covered the spread in five of their last six games.

The Jets are 5-4 against the spread in 2025 and have covered in three of their last four contests.

The Patriots are -900 to win on Thursday night, by far their shortest moneyline odds of the season. The next closest came in Week 8, when New England was -360 to defeat the Cleveland Browns.
