Bradley Beal’s season is at an end.
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Los Angeles Clippers guard is set to undergo surgery for a hip fracture and will miss the remainder of the season.
A three-time All-Star, the 32-year-old Beal was in his first season with the Clippers. He appeared in six games for the team, averaging 8.2 points on .375 shooting and 1.7 assists in 20.2 minutes a night.
The native of St. Louis spent the past two seasons with the Phoenix Suns following an 11-year stint with the Washington Wizards, who originally selected him with the third overall pick of the 2012 NBA Draft out of Florida.
The Clippers (3-7) currently sit 12th in the Western Conference. The team is next in action on Wednesday evening when they host the Denver Nuggets (8-2).
