Raheem Morris announced a slew of updates on injured Falcons on Wednesday, with the most positive development being Divine Deablo‘s return from a fractured forearm. The Atlanta head coach says it’s possible they get their linebacker back by Week 12.

In one of the more surprising developments this season, Divine Deablo — who signed a two-year, $14 million contract last offseason — immediately stepped in for Troy Andersen and was arguably the most impactful defensive player on the field for the Falcons over the first six weeks. His absence has been glaring, as his replacement, JD Bertrand, has not looked the part of an NFL player, let alone a starting linebacker.
Raheem Morris also provided positive updates on two starting offensive linemen. Chris Lindstrom came out of Sunday’s game without any setbacks and is expected to play again this week, while Matthew Bergeron is progressing well after missing the Falcons’ matchup with the Colts.
Morris said Lindstrom came out of the game good. Hell be limited in practice this week. Bergeron "looks better, feels better" and he'll be day-to-day. #Falcons

The Falcons are hoping to get back Leonard Floyd this week as well.

On the negative side of things, DeAngelo Malone will go on IR with an ankle injury. Storm Norton has also returned to the IR after suffering a setback with his ankle injury, and Dee Alford remains in concussion protocol.
