The Clippers signed Beal to a multi-year contract in the summer after he was waived by the Phoenix Suns. He has appeared in 6 games so far this year, averaging 8.2 points and 1.7 assists in 20.2 minutes per game, shooting 37.5% from the field and 36.8% from the three-point arc. The 14-year NBA veteran is 32 years old.
The Clippers have started 3-7 this year with Beal and fellow All-Star veteran Kawhi Leonard playing in approximately half of their games.
