Manchester City star Erling Haaland believes he’s in the best form of his career and has cracked the code with Norway too.
TV 2 have comments from the striker today. He enters this international break after another weekend in which he was in goalscoring form.
The striker bagged the opener in Manchester City’s 3-0 win over Liverpool. That goal continued a barnstorming start to the season in which he’s bagged 19 goals in all competitions to date. 14 of those have come in 11 Premier League games, with five in four in the Champions League.
He is among the leading scorers in Europe at this moment in time alongside Harry Kane and Kylian Mbappé. Adding in goals for Norway, he is on 28 goals in 18 games in total.
At this current run of form, and goals per game ratio, he could be set for another huge haul by the end of the campaign.
His focus is now on getting Norway to the World Cup, which he contributed to last month. They take on Estonia on Thursday and need a win to qualify for the tournament. They also have to rely on Italy failing to beat Moldova.

The Manchester City star will be key to their hopes. But he thinks they’ve cracked the code regardless.
“Yes,” he answered without hesitation when asked if he is ‘in the form of his life.’
“When I look at the Norwegian flag, I think of the community. I think of everything Norway stands for. It’s big every time I have the flag on my chest.
“The generation we have now is fantastic. We have many players who are at their peak, and many young players who will be at their best in five years.
“There are many on the national team who are on the way up. It has been a long time, and now I feel like we have cracked the code.”
