The AFC East continues to be a battle between the New England Patriots (8-2) and the Buffalo Bills (6-3) as the Miami Dolphins (3-7) and New York Jets (2-7) bring up the rear. We have an inter-division Thursday Night Football matchup this week, so with no time to waste, let’s dive into our AFC East Bold Predictions for Week 11.

The Patriots will win their eighth-straight game this week

The Patriots have had a relatively easy schedule, but their seven straight wins have now included the Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road. Things get a lot easier as the 2–7 New York Jets are coming to Foxboro. While this isn’t exactly a bold prediction, it’s never easy to win eight straight games in the NFL.
TreVeyon Henderson will continue his breakout this week
TreVeyon Henderson had his best game of the season last week with 147 rushing yards and two touchdowns against the Buccaneers. With a bad Jets rushing defense coming to town and Rhamondre Stevenson unlikely to play, Henderson is set up for another big game. We’ll go with at least 85 rushing yards and a touchdown.

New York:
New York Jets running back Breece Hall (20) runs with the ball during an NFL Week 10 game between the New York Jets and the Cleveland Browns at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025.
Breece Hall will be stymied by the Patriots
Breece Hall was the Jets lone offensive standout in last week’s win against the Browns, but he’s got a tough matchup this week. The Patriots haven’t allowed a 50-yard rusher all season, and Hall won’t be the first to do it. We’ll go with 16 carries for 48 yards for Hall this week.

Tyrod Taylor will start for the Jets this week
The Jets still haven’t named their quarterback for this week, but we’re going to lean in Tyrod Taylor’s direction. Justin Fields has had two games with less than 100 passing yards this season, and that’s just no way to win. While Taylor isn’t a vast improvement, it can’t get much worse than what Fields has been doing lately.
Miami:

The Dolphins will beat the Commanders
Miami is coming off a big upset against the Bills last weekend, while the Commanders are in the midst of a five-game losing streak. With Jayden Daniels out and Terry McLaurin iffy, the Commanders will again struggle this week. We’re going with a 23-17 Dolphins win in Spain on Sunday.
De’Von Achane will have another big game for Miami
Despite Miami’s struggles this year, De’Von Achane is in the midst of the best season of his career. He’s shown to be one of the best all-purpose backs in the NFL and will get to play a Commanders team that was absolutely gashed by Jahmyr Gibbs last week. We’ll say Achane will be able to put up at least 125 all-purpose yards this weekend.
Buffalo:

James Cook will be held in check by the Buccaneers
The Bills’ fortunes have more or less aligned with James Cook’s success this season, and this week will be no different. Tampa Bay’s run defense is statistically among the top-10 in the league, and we’re going with less than 60 rushing yards for Cook in Week 10.
The Bills will lose again this week
Buffalo is coming off a surprising loss to the Dolphins in Week 10, and things will get much harder as they face the Buccaneers in Week 11. While the game is at home, Tampa Bay presents a much tougher challenge for the Bills than the Dolphins did. We’re going with a 27-24 Buccaneers road win this week.
