AJ Brown doubled down Wednesday on comments he made during Tuesday’s Twitch livestream, refusing to apologize for venting about Philadelphia’s sputtering offense. Brown told streamer JankyRondo “it’s a s— show” and advised fantasy owners to “get rid of me” during Tuesday night’s gaming session.

Although the franchise is sitting at a 7-2 record, it is hard to ignore that the team has been bumpy this season. So, instead of walking it back, Brown went deeper than his two-catch, 13-yard dud against Green Bay on Monday Night Football. He chose to torch the offense, failing to pull its weight, while the defense bails them out week after week.

Brown has consistently voiced frustrations with the Eagles’ offense throughout the season. His reaction was the same on last night’s Twitch livestream. When asked about the session in the locker room, he didn’t take offense at his previous remarks.
The All-Pro wideout clarified his rant targeted the offense’s execution as a whole, not just his flop shows. He explained the offense can’t keep slapping band-aids on problems while the defense does heavy lifting. He questioned when Philadelphia’s skill guys would pick up their slack. The unit’s been MIA too many weeks, Brown said, and they can’t contribute jack on that side of the ball.
The 28-year-old got blunt about championship expectations. “You expect to win late in the year and you think you can go to it at the end of the year, it’s not going to f—ing happen,” he said. The unfiltered message landed hard since this formula won’t work in January.
The receiver also acknowledged last year’s Super Bowl ring but stressed it’s a new season. The Eagles must adapt and find fresh ways to attack, Brown emphasized. He just wants to win and make a meaningful contribution.
When pressed about being misunderstood, Brown brushed it off. “I don’t care if I’m misunderstood,” he declared. He’ll fall on that sword repeatedly if needed. It’s about executing what they’re supposed to do offensively, Brown stressed.
A.J. Brown said he won’t apologize for talking about his frustration on a Twitch stream Tuesday.
He said “if you have eyes” you can see why he’s frustrated and that he is pushing for the offense to improve because he wants to win and make an impact.

The Twitch incident wasn’t Brown’s first rodeo with public frustration. He said reporters twisted his “right answers” after the Packers game into controversy anyway. So when he’s chopping it up with his boy on stream, having fun, that’s not apology territory.
“If you have eyes, you can see that,” Brown said about his situation. He’s trying to laugh through the struggle. This grind is tough, Brown admitted, but cracking jokes helps him cope with the reality.
Head coach Nick Sirianni brushed off distraction concerns Wednesday. Sirianni insisted it’s “business as usual” based on how guys work daily. However, the locker room still vibes with him, suggesting they are not angry at Brown’s remark. Saquon Barkley even joked with him before the media scrum.
Brown said there’s been “non-stop communication” behind closed doors about fixing the offense. He’s always optimistic that changes will click. But it’s Week 11 now. The football world has passed the halfway mark.
The Lions visit Sunday night for Philadelphia’s next test. A win would be nice, but Brown wants to see offensive growth as playoff time approaches. Otherwise, the rest of the league will expose their crack.
Quite frankly, he is just trying to warn that band-aid wins won’t cut it when heavyweight matchups arrive in January.
