Hall is part of Carsley's squad that will take on Republic of Ireland on Friday night and Slovakia next Tuesday in Euro 2027 qualifiers.
The 21-year-old has played for England's senior team in the past and Carsley says the left back is "rated highly by everyone at the FA" - suggesting Hall is very much in contention to be a part of Thomas Tuchel's squad for next summer's World Cup.

But first he needs to put his recent injury woe behind him. Hall missed the end of last season with a foot injury and wasn't able to be part of the Under-21s squad that was victorious at the summer's European Championships.
And he's only featured in four Premier League games for the Magpies so far this term after the early stages of the season were disrupted by a hamstring injury.
He's back fit again now and made his first Premier League appearance since September when he came off the bench late on in Newcastle's defeat at Brentford on Sunday.
But Carsley will make sure he doesn't ask too much too soon from the former Chelsea youngster.
He said: "I think it's fair to say Lewis is more on the senior radar than the 21s. The way he's played for Newcastle when he's been fit, he's been very influential for them.
"We've had really good communication between ourselves and Newcastle in terms of the expectations from Lewis.
"It's important we're mindful of his minutes and we try to send him back to Newcastle hopefully in a better position than when he came away, in terms of the intensity he's trained and played at.
"I love working with Lewis. I've had quite a few experiences with him now in terms of the 21s, but I also had the privilege of giving him his senior debut as well. He's a player that not only I rate but everyone at the FA rates highly."
Providing Hall can stay fit, Newcastle's left-back has a great chance of playing his way into the senior squad for next summer's World Cup.
Carsley said: "Lewis was in a great position until he got his injury, so I think staying fit and being in a position where you are selectable is something that you don't take for granted.
"If he's playing week in week out for Newcastle, he has a good chance of being selected. He's an outstanding payer who is highly rated."
