Liverpool are having a horrendous campaign after how they performed last season, but they do have an individual who has exceeded all expectations. The form of Dominik Szoboszlai is probably the Reds’ sole bright light in what has otherwise been an abysmal campaign.
Szoboszlai has played multiple roles under Arne Slot this season, and he has performed admirably in all of those positions. For instance, he played many key games earlier from right-back, while slotted in his customary central midfield role, and also featured in the attacking midfield role.
