The New England Patriots are rolling following a Week 10 victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that extended their winning streak to seven games. Now, the Patriots have a few easier games coming up.
It starts with a “Thursday Night Football” home game against the New York Jets, who have a modest two-game winning streak of their own. It’s not a difficult matchup on paper, so the Patriots could make franchise history with a Week 11 win.
“The Patriots are seeking to win eight straight games in a season without Tom Brady for the first time in franchise history. They host the Jets, who have won two straight after an 0-7 start,” Trey Wingo wrote on X.

The Jets have little to play for aside from disrupting their AFC East rival. New York head coach Aaron Glenn has his team playing hard after trading Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams before the NFL deadline.
If the Patriots can win here, they would be looking at extending their streak with an upcoming schedule that has the Cincinnati Bengals and New York Giants up next. With quarterback Drake Maye playing at an MVP level, and Mike Vrabel having turned around the franchise in his first season as head coach, there is a clear path to 10 wins in a row and the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
