Dowdle (quadriceps) was held out on Wednesday, but head coach Dave Canales said the goal was managing his workload and having him ready for the end of the week.
Dowdle leads the NFC and is third in the league in rushing with 788 yards.
Linebacker Trevin Wallace (shoulder) and rookie safety Lathan Ransom (hand) were held out on Thursday. Canales said Wallace is not expected to play this week.
Everyone else on the report was a full participant, including Derrick Brown (knee), who was limited on Wednesday.
