The Cincinnati Bengals released their Thursday injury report ahead of their Week 11 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and DE Trey Hendrickson, who Zac Taylor ruled doubtful earlier in the week, remained out of practice. Hendrickson missed Cincinnati’s Week 7 matchup against the Steelers with a hip injury, and it’s lingered since.
Also out of practice was first-round pick DE Shemar Stewart, who also missed practice on Wednesday. The Bengals did get Joe Flacco a limited practice today, but OG Lucas Patrick popped up on the injury report with a calf injury, while Jermaine Burton missed with an illness. Patrick has played sparingly this season, with appearances in just three games.
Jay Morrison of SI posted the injury report on Twitter.

The Bengals’ defense has struggled mightily this season, and being down their best pass-rusher in Hendrickson certainly won’t help matters on Sunday. The Bengals gave up 39 points to the New York Jets in Week 8 before allowing 47 to the Chicago Bears in Week 9, but they’ll be coming off a bye in Week 10. While the week off could help them prepare, not having Hendrickson is a big blow for Cincinnati.
Stewart has dealt with injuries throughout his rookie year, although he did play in the Week 7 matchup against the Steelers but didn’t register a stat.
Flacco had been dealing with a shoulder injury before the bye but it didn’t cost him any time and he should be good to go for Sunday. The Steelers defense will be looking for a better performance against him after he led Cincinnati to a game-winning drive in their 33-31 win.
