England secured victory in their penultimate World Cup qualifier against Serbia as brilliant goals from Bukayo Saka and Eberechi Eze illuminated Wembley.
The Three Lions had already qualified for the World Cup in North America next summer under German boss Thomas Tuchel. Arsenal winger Saka found the net on the half-hour mark, unleashing a ferocious volley beyond the Serbian keeper to give England the advantage on Thursday evening.
England pressed forward following Saka's breakthrough in search of extending their lead but couldn't manage another until the dying moments, when Eberechi Eze grabbed a spectacular second, reports the Mirror.
Here, we assess Thomas Tuchel's side as they prepare for Sunday's journey to Albania in their final game, looking to maintain an unbeaten 100% record in qualifying.
