NFL #ProDucks: Week 10

Week 10 in the NFL was very productive for former Oregon Ducks. Rookie Tez Johnson recorded his first career multi-TD game, Penei Sewell received Pro Football Focus' award for Midseason Protector of the Year, and Bo Nix and Troy Franklin helped the Denver Broncos continue their terrific start to the season.

NFL: Las Vegas Raiders at Denver Broncos

Denver Broncos 10, Las Vegas Raiders 7

Bo Nix helped the Broncos improve to 8-2 with a thrilling win on Thursday Night Football, completing 16-of-28 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown. Nix and former Oregon teammate Troy Franklin continued to put their connection on display, linking up for a seven-yard touchdown in the first half to tie the game at 7-7. Franklin finished the game with five receptions for 40 yards and a score, his fifth of the season, while also rushing for nine yards and a pair of first downs. Calvin Throckmorton played 26 snaps, earning a 79.6 run block grade from PFF. Alex Forsyth played three snaps on special teams.

Jackson Powers-Johnson earned a 70.7 pass block grade for the Raiders offense in 26 snaps.

Detroit Lions 44, Washington Commanders 22

Penei Sewell was honored as PFF's Midseason Protector of the Year, accumulating a 97.4 run block grade over the first half of the season, the best in the NFL among all offensive linemen. Sewell continued his excellence on the line, posting a 90.6 run block grade and an 83.3 offensive grade from PFF in the Lions' big win.

Marcus Mariota moved back into the starting position for the Commanders, completing 16-of-22 passes for 213 yards and two touchdowns. Three of those completions went for at least 30 yards. Mariota added 22 rushing yards on five carries. Josh Conerly Jr. played 56 snaps, earning a 76.8 run block grade from PFF.

New England Patriots 28, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23

Christian Gonzalez made nine tackles in New England's win over the Buccaneers. Five of these tackles were on his own and he added one pass breakup, his sixth of the season. This performance earned him an 81.0 tackle grade from PFF.

Rookie Tez Johnson caught a career-high two touchdown passes, both in the second half, to give him four touchdowns in his last four games. Johnson finished with four receptions for 42 yards while gaining three first downs for the offense.

New York Jets 27, Cleveland Browns 20

Dillon Gabriel started again for the Browns and went 17-of-32 for 167 yards and two touchdowns in their one-score loss to the Jets. Gabriel added 54 yards on the ground in five carries and was nominated for NFL Rookie of the Week.

Los Angeles Charges 25, Pittsburgh Steelers 10

Justin Herbert led the Chargers to their seventh win of the season on 20-of-33 passing for 220 yards and a touchdown while adding adding 19 rushing yards. Herbert is tied for third-most passing touchdowns in the NFL this season with 19 and is second in passing yards with 2,610. Rookie Nikko Reed contributed well to the Chargers' defense, coming up with a big pass breakup in the second quarter. Reed earned a 79.2 defensive grade from PFF, and linebacker Troy Dye played 29 snaps.

Derrick Harmon made four tackles, one of which was solo. In 48 snaps, Harmon accumulated a 76.6 run defense grade from PFF.

Los Angeles Rams 42, San Francisco 49ers 26

Terrance Ferguson played 26 snaps for the Rams while making one reception for 32 yards. Ferguson's reception came in the fourth quarter, which set up a Los Angeles touchdown.

Deommodore Lenoir made two tackles, one of which was solo, for the 49ers' defense. Lenoir tallied a 75.5 tackle grade from PFF.

Seattle Seahawks 44, Arizona Cardinals 22

Jordan Burch made two assisted tackles against the Seahawks, moving his career number up to 13 tackles in his first season. Burch played 41 snaps, earning a 77.5 run defense grade and a 97.4 defensive grade from PFF.

Houston Texans 36, Jacksonville Jaguars 29

Jamal Hill played 24 snaps for the Texans..

Arik Armstead made an impact for the Jacksonville defense with a sack and a pair of tackles, moving sack total to 4.5 on the season and 40 in his career. This performance gave him a 72.4 pass rush grade from PFF. Johnny Mundt recorded one reception for 21 yards while playing 30 snaps.

New Orleans Saints 17, Carolina Panthers 7

Juwan Johnson scored one touchdown for the Saints while catching all four of his targets for a career-high 92 yards and a touchdown while playing with former Oregon quarterback Tyler Shough. It was the second game in a row with a touchdown for Johnson.

Chicago Bears 24, New York Giants 20

Noah Sewell had six tackles for the Bears, including three solo, and added a tackle for loss to give him six on the season.

Jevon Holland made six tackles, four of them on his own, in the Giants' four-point loss to the Bears. Holland garnered an 84.6 tackle grade from PFF, while improving his season tackle number to 34 and his career number to 335. Holland added one pass defended. Kayvon Thibodeaux added three tackles.

Indianapolis Colts 31, Atlanta Falcons 25

In the Falcons' NFL Berlin game against the Colts, Brandon Dorlus made one sack and two tackles, one solo. This marks three sacks in just two weeks for Dorlus, also earning a 71.2 defensive grade in 28 snaps from Pro Football Focus.

Philadelphia Eagles 10, Green Bay Packers 7

Making seven tackles, four on his own, Evan Williams made big contributions to the Packers' defense. Williams also executed two stuffs, totaling an impressive 81.9 tackle grade from PFF.
