Brandon: Shaedon Sharpe’s exciting. He’s 22 years old. He had a calf injury, he was on the injury report… he might still be on an unspoken minutes limit. But at least in the last couple of games we have seen him really play better, which is great!
… His first five games of the season, he was only averaging 17 points on 32.6% shooting — that’s not very good — 3.6 turnovers with an effective field goal percentage of 37.6%. Conor, over the last six games: 24.5 points, 54.5% shooting, add in 5.7 boards, 1.5 steals, 1.7 dimes — 55 hamburgers, 55 fries — 2.2 turnovers on 60% effective field goal percentage. And then obviously, he has been on a heater these last two games, averaging 33 points on 69% shooting and only one turnover a game with 76.4% effective field goal percentage. Holy moly, that is what the Blazers need and want from Shaedon Sharpe.
