Renée Slegers' side proved too good for Spurs last season, winning 3-0 away before demolishing our rivals 5-0 at Emirates Stadium.

Since Tottenham's promotion in 2019, we've played our north London rivals on 11 occasions in the Women's Super League - taking the lion's share of the victories. Of those 11 contests, we have won nine times, with one draw and one defeat the only blemishes on a fine run of results.
Our maiden top-flight contest took place in November 2019, as Kim Little netted the first goal in a WSL north London derby in a 2-0 victory.
We've racked up some big triumphs since that first meeting, including a 6-1 win in October 2020, a 5-1 victory in March 2023, and a big 5-0 success in February this year.

When it comes to the north London derby, Caitlin Foord cleans up.
Our Australian winger has had a habit of netting against Tottenham since joining us from Portland Thorns in 2020. Her first efforts came in a 6-1 win in October 2020, bagging a brace at Meadow Park.
In total, Caitlin has scored seven times against Tottenham in her career; only Viv Miedema has found the net more often with nine.
In our current squad, just Beth Mead has a better record against a fellow WSL opponent than Caitlin's tally over Spurs. Beth has scored nine times against Chelsea in her career and eight against Brighton.

We have been the great entertainers in 2025 in the Women's Super League, as no team has scored more times than Slegers' side so far this calendar year. Our Gunners have netted 60 league goals in just 20 matches, 12 more than any other side in 2025. We have only bettered that tally in a calendar year once, netting 69 times in 23 matches in 2018.
A free-scoring 2025 kicked off with a 5-0 victory over Crystal Palace, and since then, we have scored four or more times in a single match on 10 separate occasions, the most recent a 4-1 win over Leicester City.
In addition to scoring, we are also leading the charts in passing. Our passing accuracy of 84.7% is the best in the WSL; Tottenham's 78.7% accuracy ranks ninth.
Similarly, we have the highest possession average of any side in the league this campaign, taking an average of 59.1% of the ball per game. Tottenham rank fifth in that metric, having an average of 49.9%.
On top of that, Tottenham appear to be one of our favourite opponents when it comes to finding the back of the net.
Since our first clash in 2019, we have netted 33 times in 11 matches, averaging three goals a game against the Lilywhites. We've only scored more times against West Ham United and Brighton in the same timeframe.

There's plenty of passion on show in a north London derby, and that will be no different this weekend. However, the north London derby is the most-played derby fixture in Women's Super League history to have never seen a red card brandished for either side.
But with 41 cautions shown, this is the fixture that averages more yellow cards per game than any other to have been played at least twice overall (3.7).
No side has committed more fouls than Tottenham in the WSL this season, 86, compared to our 55, the second fewest in the league. Spurs have also picked up the highest number of yellow cards this campaign, collecting 19 cautions to our six.
