All of your latest Celtic transfer news this Friday morning including updates on Evan Ferguson, Kristoffer Ajer and a trio of Chelsea players.
Poll: Which position do Celtic need to strengthen in the 2026 January transfer window?
Celtic monitoring Evan Ferguson situation
Evan Ferguson was linked with Celtic in the summer but no move materialised as the Republic of Ireland international chose to join Roma on loan.
That hasn’t gone to plan so far and 67 Hail Hail understands that Ferguson’s loan could be cancelled.
Since he hasn’t played for Brighton and Hove Albion, the 21-year-old would be allowed to feature for the Hoops – so long as he didn’t represent the Seagulls ahead of a potential loan.
The lack of fit strikers in the Celtic squad could mean that Ferguson would have a huge part to play in the second half of the campaign, and rediscover his scoring touch.
Kristoffer Ajer could provide Celtic with cash injection
Even when players have moved on to pastures new, they can still benefit the Bhoys.

In Kristoffer Ajer’s case, he could help benefit Celtic by adding some extra money into the bank thanks to his sell-on clause.
Wolfsburg are reportedly preparing to go back in for Ajer after failing with a £13m bid for the Brentford defender.
If the Norway international does leave, Celtic will be entitled to a small chunk of whatever the Bees receive.
Celtic made aware of Chelsea trio
No transfer window is complete without Chelsea deciding that they want to either sign thousands of players or get rid of loads.
The theme for the upcoming winter window seems to be trimming the squad, particularly those who are surplus to requirements.

67 Hail Hail understands that Celtic have been made aware of three Chelsea players that could be available, but there is no sign to say that the Bhoys will definitely go in for them.
Axel Disasi, Raheem Sterling and Deivid Washington can all leave the two-time European champions and are the players the Hoops have been made aware of. However, any potential moves would likely come at the end of the window.
