NFL power rankings: NFC East Week 11

The Philadelphia Eagles (7-2) are currently the only team, and were the lone team in the NFC East that won in Week 11. The Dallas Cowboys (3-5-1) had a bye week, while the Commanders (3-7) got blown out by the Lions, and the Giants (2-8) suffered a late collapse against the Bears. With the Eagles positioned to be the only team in the division that makes the playoffs, let’s take a spin through the Week 11 NFC East Power Rankings.

The Giants were up 20-10 in the fourth quarter against the Bears, and suffered a late collapse to fall 24-20. Jaxson Dart, leaving the game with a concussion, turned the tide for the Giants as the offense could stay on the field and the defense couldn’t hold up their end of the bargain. The loss led to the firing of Head Coach Brian Daboll as they’re now more or less out of playoff contention.

#3 Washington Commanders (3-7)

The Commanders have now lost five in a row, and things don’t look like they’ll get better any time soon. Washington was blown out 44-22 in a game where the score makes it look even closer than it was, as the Lions put up over 500 total yards of offense on the day. With Jayden Daniels out for the season, Commanders fans may need to turn their attention to the 2026 NFL Draft.

#2 Dallas Cowboys (3-5-1)

The Cowboys entered their bye week on a two-game losing streak, but will look to come out of the bye rested and ready to fight. They added Quinnen Williams and Logan Wilson as much-needed reinforcements to their defense, and will look to scrape their way into the NFC playoff hunt. Their schedule gets tough after this week, so the Cowboys have an uphill climb ahead of them.

The Eagles only scored 10 points on Monday Night Football, but it was still enough to beat the Packers in a low-scoring 10-7 game. While their offense still looks like a work-in-progress at times, the Eagles defense showed they’re one of the best in the league. Philadelphia has now opened up a commanding lead over the rest of the division and could have the NFC East wrapped up within the next three weeks.

What’s Next?

The Eagles will host the Detroit Lions on Sunday Night Football in what should be an entertaining battle between two of the best teams in the NFC. The Commanders will face the Dolphins in the first NFL game in Spain, while the Giants will host the Packers in their first game under interim head coach Mike Kafka. Finally, the Cowboys will again be featured on Monday Night Football as they look to come out of their bye strong against the Las Vegas Raiders.
