Anti-Bullying Week 2025: Gvardiol and City provide heart-warming surprise for one special young supporter](https://www.mancity.com/citytv/mens/city-surprise-fan-anti-bullying-week-63898477)
Bullying has a long-lasting effect on those who experience or witness it, and CITC is keen to play its part in helping to support those affected and reduce it.
The theme of this year’s Anti-Bullying Week is to ‘Power for Good’. CITC are celebrating this year’s theme by encouraging participants and staff to use power for good to eradicate bullying through a new video.
CITC is keen to raise awareness across its programmes around the topic of bullying by delivering workshops not just during the week, but year-round to educate participants on the impact it can have on people.
CITC’s safeguarding manager, Michael Walker commented on the campaign: “CITC strives to ensure that all participants are safe and feel safe.
“It is important that we educate our participants around the subject of bullying, create a positive environment and use the ‘Power of Good’ to encourage people to speak out against bullying and counter the harm it causes.”
