Fantasy Football Rankings: Top 10 Running Backs For Week 11

If you drafted Jonathan Taylor for your fantasy team this year, it’s been a dream season. Unfortunately, this is the week he won’t be available, but I’m sure his owners aren’t complaining too much. If you’re lucky enough to be playing the Taylor owner this week, you dodged a bullet and can thank the schedule-making gods that you didn’t catch them last week when Taylor piled up 50+ fantasy points. I know many of you out there either won or lost a close game involving some combination of Taylor, De’Von Achane, and Jahmyr Gibbs, as all three backs lit up fantasy scoreboards around the world. Lastly, if you happen to have drafted both Gibbs and Taylor, you can stop telling everyone about it; we’re all tired of hearing it. This week’s top ten running back rankings are packed with great matchups. Let’s see who is lined up to lead that way at running back for Week 11.

Week 11 Running Back Rankings

1) Christian McCaffrey vs. Arizona

CMC had a relatively quiet week against the Rams, rushing for just 30 yards on 12 carries. Despite not scoring a touchdown, he still contributed in PPR leagues with 8 catches for 66 yards. The great thing about rostering this guy is that even when he’s “bad,” he’s still better than most of the league. The Cardinals usually struggle to cover tight ends and backs coming out of the backfield, and McCaffrey exploited this in their last meeting by turning 15 targets into 10 catches for 88 yards, totaling a 24-point PPR day. He’s going to get his usual heavy volume, and he’s made it to week 11 in one piece, so you’re starting him every week until week 14, when he’s on bye.

2) Bijan Robinson vs. Carolina

The big game is coming, I promise. I know I promised you the same last week, and he only managed a pedestrian 88 total yards with just two catches and no scores. But this time, I truly mean it. It’s been a strange stretch for Bijan and his fantasy managers, as he hasn’t scored a touchdown in three straight games and has looked more like Aaron Jones or Jaylen Warren (guys who share backfields) than the top-5 pick we drafted. There’s no logical reason for Tyler Allgeier to get 11 carries compared to Bijan Robinson’s 17 in a game the Falcons lost. Raheem Morris can’t be that clueless, and I fully expect the coaching staff to realize it this week and use Bijan as much as possible. If he gets 25 or more touches, he could be the overall RB1 this week. It’s going to happen. (deep breath) It’s going to happen!
