The Los Angeles Chargers are trying to make the playoffs in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 2008-09 and a key part of their offence is second year wide receiver Ladd McConkey.
Last week, McConkey caught four passes for 107 yards and a touchdown as the Chargers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 25-10 to improve to 7-3 on the season, a record that has them currently second in the AFC West and in the top Wild Card position heading into Week 11.
That was the second time this season that McConkey reached the century mark, joining his seven-catch performance in Week 6 against the Miami Dolphins where he totalled exactly 100 yards.
McConkey’s score came on a 15-yard pass from quarterback Justin Herbert, but his longest play of the game was a 58-yard reception early in the fourth quarter.
The 24-year-old has found the end zone four times in 2025 as he tries to top the seven majors he contributed in his rookie season.
Last season, McConkey posted three, 100-yard games including a career-high 123-yard performance against the Cincinnati Bengals.
He also had two multi-touchdown outings in his first season in the league.

The Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams will battle at Sofi Stadium to decide who leads the NFC West into Week 12.
Currently the teams are tied for first with identical 7-2 records heading into the contest.
One player that has had a major hand in deciding games for his team is Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Smith-Njigba enters Week 11 as the NFL’s leading receiver with 1,041 yards on 63 catches.
The 23-year-old has topped the 100-yard mark in six of nine games during the 2025 campaign, including a season-high 162-yard game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 6.
Smith-Njigba caught five passes for 93 yards and his fifth touchdown of the season last week as the Seahawks knocked off the Arizona Cardinals in a 44-22 shootout to set up their matchup with the Rams for top spot in the division.
The Texas native also had his best career game against the Rams during the 2024 season, when he pulled in seven catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns in a 26-20 overtime loss.
