Sources have informed Leeds United News that there is a chance Wilfried Gnonto could leave Elland Road in the winter transfer window.
The Italy international has endured a difficult season so far, making just four Premier League appearances while missing the last seven games with a calf injury.
Daniel Farke also handed the Leeds No.29 just 26 starts out of a possible 46 in the Championship last term as Manor Solomon and Daniel James were largely preferred on the flanks.
Graeme Bailey – Chief Correspondent for Leeds United News – has now shared information on Wilfried Gnonto.
Exclusive: Juventus lurking as Wilfried Gnonto could depart Leeds United
The Italian remains contracted to Leeds until July 2028, but there are doubts over his immediate future in Yorkshire.
We understand Gnonto is keen to test himself in his homeland, having never made a senior appearance in Italian football. Inter Milan sold the Verbania-born forward to Zurich in 2020 without handing him a first-team debut.

Sources state that several clubs are looking at the 22-year-old ahead of the winter transfer window, with Juventus keen on bringing him back to Italy.
PSR concerns could also impact on Wilfried Gnonto at Leeds United
There is also a large financial incentive for Leeds to sell Gnonto – who Farke told to step up in September.

The Inter Milan academy graduate cost just £3.8m in September 2022 when arriving from Zurich, so Leeds have the chance to make a significant profit.
Not only that, but Leeds are currently right on the brink of stepping into the red margin in terms of Profit & Sustainability Rules (PSR) – so a major sale is needed if Farke is to make any transformative signings in January.
It is absolutely not a case of Leeds actively looking to sell Gnonto – who Brighton wanted in 2024 – but given the context of the situation, he is a sale that would make sense if a respectable bid is made.
