Albania boss Sylvinho is looking to create more history when his side face England - days after securing a World Cup play-off spot.
A 1-0 win against Andorra made the former Arsenal and Manchester City defender the first Albania manager to have secured the national football team a place in the World Cup qualifying play-offs.

The Brazilian coach does not want to stop there, though, as he wants to break another historical record for the Eagles against England on Sunday.
The highest number of points Albania has ever secured in a group competition is 15 - set by his predecessor Edy Reja.
A potential home win against the Three Lions means Albania will finish the group second with 17 points for yet another record.
However, Albania have never won a match or even drawn a game against England, who have seven wins in seven games and 21 goals scored and have concede just once - back in 2001.

As a footballer, Sylvinho’s Premier League career started in 1999, when he joined Arsenal from Corinthians to become the first ever Brazilian to sign for the Gunners.
In the summer of 2001, having recorded 80 appearances in north London, he joined Celta Vigo in LaLiga due to the emergence of Ashley Cole.
Later heading to Barcelona, who he played for between 2004-2009, he won two Champions League titles playing alongside Lionel Messi.
At the age of 36, he retired from professional football after his final season with Manchester City in 2010.
Sylvinho: From Highbury to the World Cup?
Sylvinho is clearly now enjoying his best time as football manager, but after he retired from professional football in 2011, his career on the touchline has had its fair share of ups and downs.
His coaching career started as an assistant under Tite at former side Corinthians and later in 2014, he was appointed Roberto Mancini’s assistant at Inter Milan.

Later joining Lyon in France as a head coach resulted in failure, having been sacked after only 11 games.
Three years ago, when Albania announced him as their new head coach, fans had not heard too much about him.
So when the former defender signed his contract as the manager of Albania, World Cup qualification was only a dream.
The aim was to qualify for European Championships for only the second time in national team history.
In his first official appearance as Albania's new coach, Sylvinho was convinced he could do it, saying: “We will fight to qualify Albania for Euro 2024.”
But that was just the beginning, because the Brazilian had other plans after securing qualification to the last Euros in Germany, as he failed to hide his ambition for another major international tournament.

“We need to grow up and get used to reaching the Euros again, and in the next football edition to qualify for the World Cup,” he said.
After winning against Andorra, he told the media that he did not believe they had now secured the play-offs, but he was aware that they needed a final push to reach the tournament in the US.
By achieving the Euros and the World Cup play-off, the former Arsenal player has won the hearts and minds of a nation, having already become an Albanian citizen a year ago.
