The Seattle Seahawks have named their captains for their upcoming match-up against the Los Angeles Rams.
This week, wide receiver Cooper Kupp, safety Coby Bryant, linebacker Ernest Jones IV, and running back George Holani were given the captain honors. This is Jones’ third time being named captain, and the second time for Kupp and Bryant.
The biggest news out of this is that Jones’ game captain status means he will be active this Sunday. Jones’ game status has been in question after he injured his knee in Week 9 against the Washington Commanders. This injury kept him out of the week 10 game against the Arizona Cardinals, and has kept him limited in practice so far this week. This game against the Rams will also be a match-up for Jones against his old team in the Rams. Jones has indicated that “it’s personal between the Rams and Him.”
