Yasin Ayari believes it will be fun tackling life under the guidance of Graham Potter.
The former [Albion](https://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/albion/?ref=au) boss takes charge of Sweden for the first time as they play Switzerland in Geneva this evening.
They need a win to retain any chance of grabbing second place in their World Cup qualifying group and have been preparing in Marbella this week.
Ayari has emerged as a regular in the Sweden midfield and will hope to retain that status.
He told The Argus: “That will be fun. A new challenge with the new manager.
“But the same target, to try to win as many games as possible and, if we get to the play-offs, try to win them as well.
“Our main goal for the whole group and for the whole country is to go to the World Cup.
“It's the main target even with the new manager. It will be fun.”
Ayari believes Potter’s preferred playing style will suit his own game.
He said: “It's attractive football. I was not here when he was here and I didn't look too much before I came at Brighton.
“But I heard a lot of good things and hopefully it will suit us.”
Sweden face a tall order to finish second but can still progress thanks to their efforts in the Nations League.
They conclude their group stage by hosting Slovenia on Tuesday and will then hope to have a play-off for which to prepare.
Potter met with the press on site in Marbella and said: “We're not thinking too much about March right now.
“It's all about Switzerland and winning that game.
“If we can be compact as a team, if we can be collectively strong, it gives us a chance to attack and defend.”
