Reports claim Chelsea now prepare to challenge both Barcelona and PSG as they pursue Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez in a fierce race transfer. Since his move from Manchester City, the 25-year-old Argentine has been a revelation, and as a result, there has been a lot of renewed Premier League interest in his signature.
