Malik Heath will miss Sunday's game after not traveling with the team due to a coach's decision.
Earlier this afternoon, the Packers announced that kicker Brandon McManus (right quad) has been added to the injury report and is DOUBTFUL for tomorrow’s game at the New York Giants.
Additionally, WR Malik Heath (coach’s decision) will not travel with the team and will be OUT for tomorrow’s game against the Giants.
The ongoing kicker drama takes another turn after hearing all week how well McManus had kicked in practice and that his problematic quad had finally returned to normal - only to have McManus reportedly have a setback today when he told the team he was feeling some tightness in his kicking leg.
As for Heath, when the team declares something a "coach's decision" you can safely assume it is disciple related. You can bet Matt LaFleur will be asked about it after the Giants game.
