Titans host Texans, begin three-game homestand at Nissan Stadium

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Tennessee Titans will try to win their first game at home of the season when they face the Houston Texans in Week 10.

The Texans shutout the Titans 26-0 back in September in Houston. Tennessee’s offense has failed to hit the endzone in three of its first nine games.

With eight games to play, the Titans are hoping to make a push in the final two months that shows some sort of growth.

Right now, the team scores the fewest points per game in the NFL and Cam Ward leads the league with 38 sacks.

The Titans are hoping to get some key players healthy on Sunday.

Defensive Tackle Jeffery Simmons and Edge Rusher Arden Key are both questionable to return to action, as is Wide Receiver Calvin Ridley.

Sunday’s matchup against the Texans is the first of three consecutive home contests at Nissan Stadium to close out the month.

Be sure to watch Titans Gameday at 10:30 a.m. Sunday for all the information you need to know ahead of kickoff against the Texans.
