He pulled up off the ball just before the hour mark and needed treatment on his right thigh before coming off.
Brazil manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that the situation is still unclear.
“Bad? I don’t know.”
”He had an injury in his adductor,” Ancelotti said.
He added that, “The medical staff has to check tomorrow.”
The veteran coach also showed his frustration.
“We are really sorry for this, really disappointed.”
”When a player has an injury, you hope they can recover well and soon.”
The second concern involves Riccardo Calafiori.
The Italian defender did not feature in Italy’s win over Moldova and had been following an individual training plan.
Italy boss Gennaro Gattuso explained the decision before their match against Norway.
“We tried Calafiori, he had a few issues,” he told Sky Sports Italia.
He continued, “I thank him for his commitment. He stayed here for a week, he could have played perhaps, but it wouldn’t have been fair to him or Arsenal.”
